Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable use Policy is a description of the types of activities that are not allowed on our hosting accounts and as such forms part of Our Hosting Terms.
Xneelo reserves the right to require changes or disable, as necessary, any website, account, database, or other components that do not comply with its established policies, or to make any such modifications in an emergency at its sole discretion. To meet the changing needs of our customers, our business, the Internet environment and the legal landscape, this AUP may be revised at any time and we encourage our customers to review this AUP regularly.
Lenomedia reserve the right to require changes, suspend, terminate any hosting account that is in violations of the following:
Mass mail
We do not allow mass mail to be sent through email accounts hosted with us. These are prohibited by the international SPAM ACT and the hosting account will be temporarily suspended until such behaviour has ceased. We recommend the use of a mass email service like Mailchimp etc.
Spam
Emails sending out SPAM will be suspended or terminated immediately until such behaviour has been dealt with and has ceased.
Copyright
The copy of text content, design, music, software, art, or other work protected by copyright unless you have permission from the owner of the copyright.
Unlimited e-mail accounts
Some of our packages come with unlimited email accounts. This is subject to how much disk space your account has. So you can request as many emails as you want as long as it’s within your disk space limit.
Offensive Content
We do not allow any of the following content or links to such content, to be published our Hosting accounts:
- Content of a pornographic, sexually explicit or violent nature.
- “Hate” sites or content that could be reasonably considered as discriminatory in any way including by way of sex, race, or age discrimination.
- Content of an illegal nature (including stolen copyrighted material).
- Content that is defamatory or violates a person’s privacy.
- Content that involves theft, fraud, drug-trafficking, money laundering, or terrorism.
- Pirated software sites.
- Illegal gambling sites.
- Content that is excessively violent in nature.
- Websites with unfair or deceptive content including websites promoting false claims and take advantage of its users.
- Any copyright infringements will not be allowed.
