Dear friends,

A beautiful family lives next to us. During this past year, their lives have slowly been falling apart. The situation is very complicated, but I would rather keep this short and also protect their privacy by not disclosing their names at this time.

Kgomotso and  Mbeko have three children of their own, adopted a girl, and also foster a young mother and her now four-year-old daughter. Their middle child has health issues.

Their financial situation has gotten so bad that they don't have enough to feed their family and take care of the foster child and her mother, who is now not with them anymore. Everyone is devastated losing their foster sister and child, and little M*** misses her brother and sisters very much. The kids are also not currently in school due to outstanding school fees.

They now stand to lose their adopted daughter as well.

This girl lost her parents when she was two years old, and Kgomotso literally took her in off the streets of our village and just wanted to give her a better chance in life.

I just can't stand by to see them losing this girl, and the girl losing the only mother and family she has ever known. I simply can't accept that.

So, I want to appeal to you to help me, help them. I need funds. I myself simply don't have enough. We are helping where we can with the day-to-day, but to help them keep their daughter, I need to get funds.

Secondly, a job that can be done online. They live in Hartbeespoort, but they are also willing to relocate.

My main concern at this moment is for this child.

These are hard-working people, excellent entrepreneurs, who have lost their businesses and are now struggling to find jobs and contracts. A big challenge is that they no longer have the tools they need to get their business up and running again. Electricity, internet, as well as a phone & laptops/devices.
